Algerian has ranked 1st in the Maghreb, 2nd in Africa and 3rd in the Arab world in the Times Higher Education Young University ranking, which sheds light on the best universities of less than 50 years, by evaluating them in terms of education, research, international openness and their collaboration with industry, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced Monday in a statement.
