President of Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune affirmed Tuesday that Algeria has no prisoners of conscience, underlining that the freedom of expression is guaranteed to all citizens in accordance with the principles stipulated in the Constitution without allowing discord, chaos and breach of public security.
