The minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, was received Tuesday by President Denis Sassou Nguesso of Congo to whom he conveyed fraternal greetings and a message from President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, stressing the bilateral relations and the latest developments in Africa, the ministry said in a statement.
