Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, was received Monday, in Cairo, by Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, as part of his working visit to Egypt in his capacity as the personal envoy of President of the Republic, said a ministerial statement.
