Former Mujaheed and lawyer, Ali Haroun, was decorated Thursday in Algiers with the high distinction of “Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold Rays in Saltire” of the Emperor of Japan, in recognition of his contribution to the enhancement of relations between Algeria and Japan.
