In his capacity as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Communication, Mohamed Bouslimani was received Thursday by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council in Yemen, Rashad Mohamed Al-Alimi, to whom he handed over the letter of invitation sent to him by President Tebboune to participate in the Arab Summit scheduled for early November in Algeria, said the ministry in a statement.
