Algeria welcomed on Saturday the truce reached by the parties to the conflict in Yemen, hoping that this initiative constitutes an “important step” to come to a lasting agreement that guarantees a comprehensive solution to the crisis in this country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad said in a statement.
