Algeria on Saturday welcomed the appointment of Professor Abdoulaye Bathily as UN Secretary General’s special representative for Libya and head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (MANUL), expressing its willingness to cooperate closely with him in fulfilling the noble mission assigned to him.
