Algeria-Libya: President Tebboune invites al-Menfi to attend Arab Summit in Algiers

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has sent an official invitation to the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Yunus al-Menfi, to participate in the 31^st session of the Arab Summit scheduled for 1-2 November in Algiers.
