Minister of Trace and Export Promotion Kamel Rezig affirmed Thursday, in Algiers, that the public authorities gives a great importance to the border regions in order to contribute to the local development and promote non-hydrocarbon exports, notably to Niger, Mali, Mauritania, Libya and other African countries.
