Minister of National Education Abdelhakim Belaabed held Monday, in Algiers, discussions with Director General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) Mohamed Ould Omar, on the sidelines of the 3rd Conference of the Arab Technical and Vocational Education and Training Ministers of Officials.
