Health Minister Abdelhak Saihi co-chaired with the Cuban minister of Foreign Trade, Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz, Monday, in Havana, the works of the Algerian-Cuban Joint Commission of Economic, Commercial, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation, the ministry of Health said Tuesday in a statement.
