Algeria has taken the first steps in the establishment of a deep-sea fishing fleet, said Saturday the minister of Fishing and Fish production, Hicham Sofiane Salaouatchi, while attending the launching, at the port of Zemmouri, Boumerdes, of the first two large fishing boats manufactured by Algeria.
