In his capacity as the special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Kamel Rezig, was received Sunday in Djibouti from the President of Djibouti, Ismael Omar Guelleh, to whom he handed the invitation letter sent to him by President Tebboune to attend the Arab Summit scheduled for November in Algiers, said the ministry in a communiqué.
