While Algeria has completed the institution-building process, “the time has come to restore confidence in the country’s huge held back and marginalized skills.”
“Thank God this potential start to be freed from monopole and the grip of intruders plunderers of the nation’s wealth,” wrote the head of state.
“We must cease the wasting of energy and efforts on marginal issues because there are challenges we must address with an unwavering determination to meet faithfully the expectations of Algerians under an inclusive vision that adapts our economy the standards of growth, effort and skills,” he continued.
“In addition, we must speed up the implementation of the programmes on sustainable social development and ensure a dignified life to Algerians countrywide,” affirmed President Tebboune.
Pooling efforts to undermine face demoralization plots
The President of the Republic referred to the “complex and difficult” challenges resulting from “plots of destabilization”, including attempts to create “shortages in staples”.
“We have initiated a change process based on the mobilization of latent skills, especially among our youth, to free the potential blocked by bureaucratic impediments, which are the result of rent mentalities and acts of corruption that have eaten away the country’s wealth and assets,” he said.
Recalling his determination to fulfill his commitments, President Tebboune also reaffirmed his “strong willingness” to “promote the unity of an internal front that honors our country and preserves its sovereignty.”
