The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra held talks in Beirut (Lebanon) on the eve of the Consultative Meeting of the Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs with his counterparts from two brotherly countries, namely the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Tunisia, said the ministry Friday in a communiqué.
