Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, met with the President of the Fino-Algerian Business Council, Jukka Sihvo, alongside his participation in the 19th Meeting of Chiefs of African and Nordic diplomacy in Helsinki, the ministry said on Wednesday in a statement.
