Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received Tuesday, in Algiers, Mauritanian Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Niang Mamoudou, with whom he discussed ways to strengthen the bilateral relations, notably in training and the exchange of expertise in the fields of energy and mines, the ministry said in a statement.
